∙ Heat wax to 70°C (158°F) using a double boiler.
∙ Remove from heat, add fragrance, and stir for two minutes.
∙ Pour at 55-60°C (131-140°F)
∙ Ensure the wax is melted completely to avoid grainy textures in the final product.
∙ Ensure proper wicking to avoid issues such as tunneling, sooting, or poor flame quality.
∙ Preheat the containers/molds before pouring to prevent thermal shock.
∙ Use wicks appropriate for the size and type of the candle to prevent issues like tunneling or sooting, and adjust as needed.
∙ Ensure candles cool for 48-72 hours before testing.
