Meet Olive Wax for Containers, the newest star in our plant-based wax collection. Crafted mainly from olive wax, this premium blend is engineered for high-quality container candles. It pairs effortlessly with fragrance oils and oil-soluble dyes, delivering excellent hot- and cold-throw. Entirely natural, biodegradable and vegan, it contains no GM ingredients, palm or paraffin. Olive Wax for Containers sets to a smooth, subtly glossy finish and releases cleanly from the vessel after a single pour—ideal for makers who refuse to compromise on performance or sustainability.

∙ Heat wax to about 75°C (167°F), add any dyes and mix until dissolved.
∙ Add fragrance at about 65-70°C (149-158°F), just before pouring to preserve scent integrity.
∙ Pour wax at 65°C (149°F) for best adhesion.
∙ Allow candles to cool at room temperature undisturbed for 48 hours before test burning.
∙ Ensure the wax is melted completely to avoid grainy textures in the final product.
∙ Ensure proper wicking to avoid issues such as tunneling, sooting, or poor flame quality.
∙ Preheat the containers/molds before pouring to prevent thermal shock.
∙ Use wicks appropriate for the size and type of the candle to prevent issues like tunneling or sooting, and adjust as needed.
∙ Ensure candles cool for 48-72 hours before testing.
